Being a mother of 4 as well as having a large extended family I've had the opportunity to own several minivan's and out of the 3 vans I've owned the Town and Country has been, by far, the best. I had previously owned the Dodge Caravan and the Ford Aerostar but the Chrysler Town and Country has far outperformed them. Like most parents I know, I've seen the new Dodge Caravan and Town & Country commercials and drooled a little. We bought a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE 6 years ago.  It was used and had about 68,000 miles on it when we purchased it.  The van now has about 172,000 miles and is completely junk.  The transmission started going out a year ago.  Then, about 3 months ago the starter started to go out.  Plus, the autinator belt would keep coming off whenever we went through water.  The van stranded us on a major highway because the belt came off.  I know that the van is 10 years old, but I do not think that it should be complete junk.  We took care of it and i...

We absolutely love our burgundy 2005 Honda Odyssey Minivan. It is very spacious, and has all the ammenities of a luxury car, including seat warmers for those cold winter mornings. Listening to music in the van, is like being in your own sound booth. It has an AM-FM radio, cassette player, and a CD player.Since we live in  Florida, it's also nice to have the rear overhead air conditioning vents.
